Jubilee Farms is a new subdivision developed in Daphne, AL. The builder’s site refers to the community as, “a picturesque environment to create lifetime memories and enjoy 5-star resort amenities for buyers at every stage in life.” The Jubilee Farms development boasts a variety of amenities, including a pool and waterslide. To ensure the safety of its residents, Warren Doors & Access Control installed an access control system on the slide’s gate to ensure there is no unauthorized entry after hours.
The BFT Virgo Smart BT A was used on this pool access gate. The Virgo Smart BT A is an electromechanical operator with articulated arm for residential use. This motor is ideal for swing gates up to 200 kg. This new operator can be controlled manually or by their Brivo access control system using a time unlock schedule.
