The Beach Club Resort and Spa is located on the shores of Pensacola Beach, FL. The property consists of 92 luxury condominiums, including both rentals and personal real estate. Recently, an owner of one of the condos reached out to Warren Doors to request a new set of exterior doors for their property.
This job consisted of removing the existing exterior doors and hardware for the owner and installing the new doors and hardware. Steelcraft doors were used on this project. These 18ga double doors contain a 6 panel embossed design that adds appeal to what could be an otherwise plain steel door. To complete this exterior opening, LCN closers as well as Ives hinges, flushbolts, and door viewer were installed.
