The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Department has been building a new training facility in Crestview, FL. Warren Doors & Access Control was able to supply them with all their door, hardware, and access control needs. This ground-up project required a full scope of services from Warren Doors to achieve the envisioned product.
Warren Doors used white birch Marshfield doors for the indoor openings of this project. Wood doors add warmth and character with design versatility. While the stain may be the same on all doors, each will have an individual, unique appearance. Masonite Architectural, the company which Marshfield is now a legacy brand for, offers a wide variety of domestic and exotic species, cuts, matches and grades to meet any need.
The exterior doors of the training center required a durability we were able to meet with Corrim’s FRP doors. FRP (fiberglass reinforced polymer) doors are totally sealed, solid core construction and resistant to a broad range of elements such as moisture, chemicals, gases, salt and micro-organisms. They are attractive, corrosion resistant, lightweight, yet are ideal for heavy duty performance.
We supply division 8, 10, and 28 to our clients. On this project, Warren Doors was able to incorporate all three of them. Our division 28, or access control, services for the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s department included multi-technology card readers from Schlage. Schlage multi-technology readers are designed to simplify access control solutions. They recognize magnetic stripe, proximity, Schlage smart card and NFC-enabled smart devices, ensuring a seamless transition to high-security smart technology in the future. These readers are part of a browser managed access control system.
