Warren Doors & Access Control worked with Total Security Solutions to design and implement a custom bullet resistant office access control solution. A high security government office in Northwest Florida needed a secure entry to an office area off a lobby that would still allow them to monitor the lobby. Total Security Solutions supplied Level 3 floor-to-ceiling ballistic panels and a Level 3 clear acrylic ballistic door and frame assembly. The door was installed between two existing offices and additionally required the installation of three ballistic panels in each office. The offices are monitored from a remote site via video surveillance that was also installed at the same time. Access is controlled with an electric strike and permission is granted with push button control at the same remote site.
